Well, word is getting out faster than the bread. Thanks to Josh Flory at the Knoxville New Sentinel for his piece as well as to the fine folks at WBIR for theirs. It’s true, we are preparing to bake both bread for the restaurants as well as for wholesale to local retailers. We hope to be up and running in the next couple of weeks so start looking for Flour Head breads later this Spring.
